With a basic cost of CHF. 20.- (+ 8% tax) per month (minimum period: 3 months), anyone can publish an object on ImmoGalaxy, taking advantage of the service in a quick and easy way. When interested in promoting - selling or renting - a house, an apartment, a rustic, a land or any other real estate object, you need a set of minimum 1 picture (images, plans, designs, maps, etc.) up to 12 and a short description. For a better presentation, we encourage you to publish at least 3 pictures.

At a cost of CHF. 58.30 for a minimal publication of 3 month, it is possible to promote each offer at a growing number of navigators (see access statistics). Just follow the registration indications and carefully read the instructions on how to publish.

Please, note that ImmoGalaxy does not ask for any commission on the negotiations.

If you don't have photographic material already in a digital format (this is, on your computer), it is possible to send it to our postal address (indicated on the left side of this page) in order to have it digitalized; this option can be specified during the registration process. Images will be returned in a couple of days (this is a cost service for a one-time CHF. 32.30).

If you would like to have new pictures of your object (even in a wide-angle format), the ImmoGalaxy Staff can help you taking pictures of inside rooms and outside views (about 10 pictures for the inside part and 10 for the outside) for a one-time cost of CHF. 75.30, plus CHF. 0.85 per Kilometre as travelling expenses. This option can be specified during the registration process.

It is also possible to have a presentation of objects through interactive 360° panoramic images.

All prices include the Swiss VAT (Value Added Tax Nr. 628 067).

It is important to indicate Name and Lastname as a reference. Once received the payment, you will receive a confirmation electronic message with indication of User Account, a password and all information needed in order to publish your object directly through a web form (including the picture upload).
