Collection and use of information

Every access to the Immogalaxy.ch site, for data security and statistics analysis is registered in a log-file (a sort of working report of the web server); this procedure can lead to the identification of partial information related to the navigation IP address, date and time of access, name of the requested page, type of access - normal, partial content, document not found - referring page, submitted search keyword, Top level domain - *.ch, *.fr, *.com etc. - used browser, used operating system).

These information are protected from third parties and are not transmitted to third parties. No analysis at a personal level is performed. Data are analysed on an anonymous base for statistical purpose, for example to establish the number of accesses trough a specific day.

For no reason this method is used to observe or store on an individual nor personal base the behaviour of a single user.

The ImmoGalaxy site includes web forms that interact with the data bank; these forms are fulfilled by users with no obligation and collect data about privates or companies (Lastname, name, and address, and phone numbers, electronic mail addresses) only to provide a service requested by the user. An example of form use is the Registration for privates or companies. In a following phase, these data could be used to attract attention for offers presumed of interest and always related to ImmoGalaxy or its services. In any case, users will have the choice to receive further information or promotions or to refuse them.

At any moment, it is possible to request modification or cancellation of personal data.

For no reason this information will be communicated or transferred to third parties.
